At L.L. Dogs, we serve only 100% all beef hot dogs. We get our sausages weekly from Kelly Eisenberg, a small family operation in Chicago. The Eisenberg family has been producing quality sausages for more than 75 years. Our sausages are made without MSG and phosphates and contain no fillers or by-products. The hot dogs and polish sausages are made from 100% pure cuts of beef, fresh seasonings and spices. The brats are made the old-fashioned way with beef and pork. These sausages are the Cadillac of hot dogs.
Our pepper relish is our own proprietary recipe. We use four types of peppers, dill pickles and special seasonings - the jalapenos give it a kick, but won't injure you! Our spicy brown mustard is a blend of French's Spicy Brown Mustard and Grey Poupon (Remember the commercials with the gentleman in the Rolls Royce saying: "Excuse me, do you have any Grey Poupon").
We have a dog that is sure to satisfy every taste. Check out our Menu and you will find New England, Southern and Chicago style dogs, a Dixie Dog, Buffalo Dog and, of course, the ever popular Chili Dog. We also have a weekly special. The one item you will not find us putting on any of our hot dogs is KETCHUP (be sure to read our official Ketchup Policy), although, we will keep a few packets around for youngsters and those folks whose taste buds have not yet fully matured.
